The Premier RIA Network is the culmination of Registered Investment Advisory firms joining a centralized broker dealer to become a Hybrid RIA with the benefits and power of a successful broker dealer and the marketing strength of an elite group of “like minded” entrepreneurs. The goal of the network is to create shared investment strategies, customized marketing campaigns, a national brand, and a succession plan.
The alignment of these RIAs into a network that shares a common broker dealer, common clearing platform, common technology and cross-pollinate investment management capabilities, creates a strong united group that ultimately increases the business valuation of each practice. Unlike other groups that tend to “roll-up” into a larger RIA, the Premier RIA Network is designed to permit each RIA to remain its own entity but with the benefits of a large organization. Ultimately providing opportunities to each RIA to acquire or monetize their practices within the Network.
